Recipe Ingredients for Hot Crab Dip

8 oz cooked crab
4 oz velveeta
4 oz neufchatel
2 oz romano
4 tablespoons butter
4 oz white wine

Recipe Directions for Hot Crab Dip

  1. Melt velveeta and neufchatel in bowl in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

  2. Add butter and wine and stir. Heat more if necessary.

  3. Add romano (grated) and gently fold in crab.

  4. Put in small crocks and keep warm in oven until ready to serve (will form a nice crust to break through with bread when eating).
