Recipe Ingredients for Hot or Cold cous cous salad

1/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup cooked cous cous
1/4 cup peas
1/8 cup red bell pepper
1/8 cup onion
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Hot or Cold cous cous salad

  1. chop onioin, red bell pepper

  2. cook with olive oil in a med size pot

  3. once soft, add chicken stock and bring to a boil

  4. stir in cous cous and peas

  5. serve immediatly or chill
