Recipe Ingredients for Hot Chocolate Fondant

4 tbs UNSALTED BUTTER
2 tsp UNSWEETENED COCOA
2 oz. CHOCOLATE
1 EGG
1 EGG YOLK
1/3 cup FLOUR
1/3 cup SUGAR

Recipe Directions for Hot Chocolate Fondant

  1. Heat oven to 325 deg. Grease two 3 in. ramkins and dust with cocoa.

  2. Slowly melt chocolate and butter in pan over hot water. Stir until smooth. Cool 10 min.

  3. Using electric whisk, whisk whole egg, egg yolk and sugar until pale and thick. Mix into chocolate.

  4. Sift flour over mixture and gently fold. Divide between ramkins and bake 12 min.

  5. Serve immediately on warm plates.
