High fiber multi-grain hot cereal I add my favorite fresh fruit and this makes it from good to fabulous! High in fiber and protein, and super filling You don't have to use the maple syrup, you can substitute it with a ff sweetener.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot cereal multi- grain w/ flax & maple syrup

1/2 cup Country Choice organic multi grain cereal,
2 tablespoons flaxplus meal
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3/4 cup water
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Hot cereal multi- grain w/ flax & maple syrup

  1. add salt to water in a saucepan,and boil

  2. add cereal and flax seed meal, stir

  3. reduce heat to low and leave uncovered, cook for 4 minutes

  4. remove from heat and cover, let sit for 5 minutes

  5. top with maple syrup and your favorite fruit
