This hot broccoli dip can double as a side dish or a vege-cheese spread on toast.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Broccoli Dip

2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1/4 c onions, chopped
1/4 c red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Hot Broccoli Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Chop broccoli, onion and bell pepper. Place in 1 qt. bowl. Add parmesan cheese to vegetable mixture. Add minced garlic to vege mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

  2. Spoon into baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

  3. Serve with Water Crackers or Pita Chips.
