Spcy Chicken Nuggets Dipped In Frank's Red Hot

Recipe Ingredients for Hot, Hot, Hot Boneless Buffalo Wings

8 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.25 cup Fiber One
1 ounce Light Potato Crisps
1 ounce Light Potato Crisps
9 tsp Franks RedHot Hot Sauce
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Hot, Hot, Hot Boneless Buffalo Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Grind Fiber One and Pringles into a bread crumb like consistency.

  3. Mix crushed chips and cereal wtih spices.

  4. Cover chicken pieces in a separate dish with Frank's Red Hot and toss to coat.

  5. Coat each piece of chicken evenly with crumb mixture.

  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Can flip over halfway in between.
