The real recipe is 14.5 oz can of Italian tomatos and 14.5 oz can of Pinto Beans (Drained). I had to change the recipe below to match the calories on the cans.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot bean salad

3/4 cup Pinto Beans
3/4 cup Italian Tomatoes
2 cups Spinach

Recipe Directions for Hot bean salad

  1. Heat beans and tomatos 30 min at 350 degrees

  2. Place spinach into 2 bowls

  3. Pour hot mixture over spinach, cover for 10 minutes or until spinach wilts

  4. Stir and serve.

  5. YUMMMMM!
