A healthy dose of potassium in a warm treat. (I'm not going to lie; it doesn't look great when its done, but it is tasty.)

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Banana Spice Pudding

3 3/4 oz. Avocados (about 1/2 an avocado)
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Hot Banana Spice Pudding

  1. Slice up two bananas and half an avocado in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix and mash them.

  2. Add spices.

  3. Microwave mix and stir. Add a bit of water (about a tbsp./15mL) Microwave again and stir; then enjoy!
