0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Hot Banana Oatmeal

Boil 1 cup of water with dash of salt. Add 1/2 cup of oatmeal; simmer for 5 minutes. Let sit for a minute. Chop banana, add to oatmeal. Stir in honey and milk. Enjoy
