Recipe Ingredients for Hot Artichoke Dip

14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Recipe Directions for Hot Artichoke Dip

  1. Bake in an uncovered casserole at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes

  2. I usually double this for a crowd or double the cheese and mayo and use 1 can artichokes and 1 thawed package of frozen spinach. You can add sliced water chestnuts too if you want a little crunch

  3. You can spoon into a hollowed out round loaf of bread or serve with crackers or French bread
