Recipe Ingredients for Hot Artichoke Dip

12 oz. marinated artichoke
1/4 tsp nutmeg
10 oz chopped spinach, thawed and drained
5 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. monterey jack cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Hot Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Mix with remaining ingredients.

  2. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
