Sweet dip but not too sweet. Makes 2 cups of dip. Serving size is abount 2 tablespoons.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Apple Pie Dip

8 oz light cream cheese
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 apple, chopped, divided
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp pecans, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Hot Apple Pie Dip

  1. Preheat over to 375 F. Mix cream cheese, sugar and spice in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in half of the chopped apple.

  2. Spread into 8-inch pie plate or small casserole dish. Top with remaining apples, the Cheddar Cheese and pecans.

  3. Bake 1-12 min. or until heated through. Serve with Wheat Thins Lightly Cinnamon Snack Crackers (140 calories for 15 crackers)
