Recipe Ingredients for Horseradish mashed potatos

5 lbs potato
6 oz horseradish
1 tbl pepper
2 tbl salt
1 c skim milk

Recipe Directions for Horseradish mashed potatos

Dice potatos, boil for 20-30 minutes, until tender. Add all other ingredients, and mash together. Horseradish best added a tsp at a time, and done to taste. Same iwth salt and pepper.
