Recipe Ingredients for Horseradish-Crusted Pork Chops

32 oz Fresh Boneless Thick Center Cut Loin Chops
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. rosemary, chopped
1 tsp. thyme, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 stick Butter
6 tbsp Horseradish
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Horseradish-Crusted Pork Chops

In a large self-sealing bag, mix together the garlic, rosemary, thyme and 2 TB olive oil; add chops and seal bag; refrigerate overnight. Remove chops from bag; season with salt and pepper. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Heat the 1 tsp. olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and cook for 5 minutes; turn and brown for 5 minutes more. Remove chops to shallow baking dish; top each chop with 1-2 TB Horseradish Crust and place in oven for 6-8 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
