Recipe Ingredients for Horseradish and Cheddar Turkey Burgers

1 lb lean Ground Turkey
4 tbs horseradish
2 oz sharp white cheddar cheese
1 salt
1 pepper
4 scallions
2 tbs steak seasoning
4 oz spicy brown mustard
2 tbs whole-berry cranberry sauce
4 leafs romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for Horseradish and Cheddar Turkey Burgers

  1. Chop cheese and scallions into small pieces

  2. Mix ground turkey, cheese, scallions, horseradish, salt, pepper, and steak seasoning together in bowl

  3. Form burger mixture into 4 nice size patties

  4. Heat grill

  5. Cook burgers until done

  6. Serve on buns with spicy brown mustard, cranberry sauce, and lettuce
