A delicious breakfast. I top it with greek yogurt and fresh strawberries. A great way to get your protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Hootin' Annies

6 medium Egg, Whole
1.25 serving Unbleached Flour
1 cup 1% Milk
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Hootin' Annies

  1. 1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. 2. In blender or bowl, blend together eggs, milk, flour, and salt.

  3. 3. Melt butter in 9x13 pan in oven.

  4. 4. Remove pan from oven.

  5. 5. Pour in batter.

  6. 6. Return to oven and bake (without peeking) for 18 minutes.

  7. 7. Pancake should be very high and puffy.

  8. 8. Remove from oven and cut into 6 large squares.

  9. 9. Serve immediately.
