Recipe Ingredients for Hootenanny Light

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
7 large eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter

Recipe Directions for Hootenanny Light

Spray a 9x13 stainless or glass casserole with Pam for baking. Cut butter into 8 pieces and sprinkle into pan. Put into hot oven. Quickly mix up all other ingredients. Pull hot pan (with melted butter, don't allow to smoke and burn) out, pour batter in, and replace into oven. Bake 20 min.
