Recipe Ingredients for hongkong style noodles

1 cup Rice Noodles, Cooked
1 medium Egg
1 Prawn Prawns
1 oz Beef, Flank
6 floweret Cauliflower
1 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Palm Kernel
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for hongkong style noodles

  1. Wrap noodles with beaten eggs. Deep fried and drain excess oil. Set aside.

  2. Saute onions and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add in water, diced beef and prawns. Bring to boil.

  4. Add in cauliflower florets and lime juice, Season with salt.

  5. Pour some mixture of cornflour to thicken the broth.

  6. Pour the broth over the noodles. Serve hot.
