Recipe Ingredients for Honey Zucchini Bread

4 1/2 tbsp Egg Substitute
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
3/4 cup Oat Flour
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Honey Zucchini Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs, add oil and honey, beat until thick, and mix in zucchini pulp. Mix together flour, wheat germ, baking soda, baking powder and walnuts. Add dry mixture to wet. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for approx 1 hour.
