0.33 cup All Purpose Flour
0.75 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
2 large Egg, White
0.25 cup Apple Sauce Original Organics
2 medium banana Bananas
1 cup Blueberries
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Honey Whole Wheat blueberry and banan Pancakes

Mix all ingredients. Pre-heat griddle to 400*F or medium heat fry pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour onto hot griddle using 1/4 cup measuring cup. When air bubbles pop, turn once. Serve Warm
