Recipe Ingredients for Honey-Toasted Fruit Museli

500 g rolled oats
125 g unsalted sunflower seeds
125 g slivered almonds
100 g triticale
60 g shredded coconut
2 tbsp sesame seeds
250 g honey
4 tbsp vegetable oil
50 g dried apricots, finely sliced
25 g dried apples, finely sliced
50 g dried peaches, finely sliced

Recipe Directions for Honey-Toasted Fruit Museli

Preheat the oven to 150c. Put rolled oats, sunflower seeds, almonds, triticale, shredded coconut and sesame seeds into a large bowl. Stir to combine. Heat honey and vegetable oil in a suaucepan over low heat. Pour the warm honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until they are well coated. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Add apricots, apples and peaches. Toss to combine. Store in and airtight container. Makes 12 serves.
