Recipe Ingredients for Honey and thyme roasted nut and seeds

75 grams Pumpkin Seeds
86 grams Cashew Nuts
77 grams Almonds
63 grams Brazil Nuts
27 grams Walnut Halves
1.5 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tbsp Olive Oil
15 grams Red Hot Chili Flakes
2 Teaspoon Thyme
3 tsp Sea Salt Flakes

Recipe Directions for Honey and thyme roasted nut and seeds

  1. Put the oven on 175C. Put the nuts, seeds and almonds in a oven pan with baking paper. Roast in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes or until they get a nice golden brown colour.

  2. Mix the thyme, oil, honey, salt and the chiliflakes with the nuts and seeds. Roast for another 10 minutes. Take out and let them cool.

  3. The chili flakes is just dried and roughly ground chili peppers.
