A Wonderful, new way to cook pork tenderloin!

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

1 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 cup dressing, catalina
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp thyme leaves, dried
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Honey Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Brush meat with 2 tbsp of dressing

  3. Mix dry ingredients and rub onto meat

  4. Place in baking pan

  5. Mix remaining 2 tbsp dressing and honey and set aside

  6. Bake pork for 15 minutes, brush with dressing mixture and bake an additional 10 minutes

  7. Remove meat from oven and cover with foil. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
