Recipe Ingredients for honey soy chicken salad

200 grams chicken breast
1 avocado
2 large tomatos
75 grams of salad mix
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Recipe Directions for honey soy chicken salad

  1. cut chicken into 2cm cubes, and fry in oil

  2. tip in honey an soy sauce and coat chicken with, whilst frying off

  3. dice tomato, and scoop out avacado into a big bowl

  4. mash avacado and tomato together forming paste dressing

  5. tip in salad mix and chicken, and sunflower seeds, stir, and freshly grind salt and pepper
