Honey and soy chicken with cashews

Recipe Ingredients for Honey and soy chicken with cashews

3 medium raw Carrots
3 serving Chicken
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Honey Squeezable
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Cashew Nuts, Dry Roasted

Recipe Directions for Honey and soy chicken with cashews

  1. Step 1 Steam carrots, or cook in a large pot of boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Step 2 Cut chicken in strips. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add chicken to brown.

  3. Step 3 Add honey and soy sauce, then stir in carrots. Cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Step 4 Sprinkle with cashews. Serve with rice, lightly steamed spinach, and garnish with fresh parsley.
