The recipe actually calls for two large eggs but I thought I'd try it with the egg substitute.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Pumpkin Pie

1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
1 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons frozen orange juice, thawed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pie crust, graham cracker

Recipe Directions for Honey Pumpkin Pie

With electric mixer, beat eggs until foamy, about 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour pumpkin filling into crust. Bake at 375 degress for 60-65 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
