Try with Kefir! Could reduce oil to 1/3 cup for less fat and calories. Could add shredded coconut, sesame seeds, or mini chocolate chips, but that would add calories!

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Pecan Granola

2 cups quick oats
4 cups oats
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Honey Pecan Granola

  1. Combine oats, wheat germ, cinnamon, and pecans and stir well. Heat coconut oil and honey over medium low heat til liquid. Add vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients and stir very well.

  2. Bake on jelly roll pan(s) or cookie sheets at 300 for 30-40 minutes stirring every so often.

  3. Add raisins and cool completely.
