Recipe Ingredients for Honey Oatmeal Muffins

3/4 cup oats, rolled
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/3 cup organic honey
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Honey Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Combine oas, flour, baking powder,salt, cinnamon, and soda: mix well. Beat eggs, honey, milk, and oil together, mix well.

  2. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients: mix only until moistened. Spoon into mufin tins.

  3. Bake at 375 Ffor 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
