Makes 48 servings



Cake-like, chewy cookie. I use Hodgson's Whole Wheat Graham Flour, Pure vanilla, and Mc Cormick Saigon Cinnamon. 1 serving is a 1 TBS cookie scoop of dough. Instead of chocolate chips you can add a variety of different dried fruits, nuts, or chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Oatmeal Cookies

8 tbs Butter
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
1 tbs Water
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
3 cups Rolled Oats
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Honey Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Cream together first 6 ingredients.

  2. Add dry ingredients, mix well.

  3. Drop by the tablespoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
