Recipe Ingredients for Honey and oatmeal honey-cake

1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats,
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1 teaspoon cardamom
6 tablespoons jam

Recipe Directions for Honey and oatmeal honey-cake

  1. Mix the flour (I took the cereal, but you can use regular), oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, cardamom. Add vegetable oil and honey. If honey is not runny, it can be a bit warm, so it was easier to stir. Mix well.

  2. Half of the dough into the bottom of the form vmyat, cover filling (jam instead of marmalade or you can take nuts and raisins, minced). Top with other half of dough.

  3. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven about 45 minutes.
