Recipe Ingredients for Honey Oat Cinnamon Cranberry bread

1 cup water
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon butter
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup oats
2 tablespoon flax seeds
1 1/2 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
1/3 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Honey Oat Cinnamon Cranberry bread

  1. Add all ingredients into pan of bread machine, except cranberries.

  2. Add cranberries in at fruit beep.

  3. Program machine for whole wheat bread, 1 1/2 lb loaf. I would only use light crust, as this gets to be a harder loaf.
