Honey Nut Orbs Recipe

This is a modfied version of the Maple Nut Orbs from How It All Vegan. I used local raw honey instead of the maple syrup, and I added mini chocolate chips (instead of the shredded coconut).

Recipe Ingredients for honey nut orbs

2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp raw wheat germ
1/4 cup hot oat bran cereal (uncooked)
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
2 tbsp Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels

Recipe Directions for honey nut orbs

  1. combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined (about 30 seconds or so). Form into balls and place in the refrigerator. Enjoy whenever you have a sweet craving!

  2. Note: I use unsweetened, freshly ground peanut butter. I just added tahini bc I only had two tbsp of peanut butter left. You can use whatever nut butter you like.
