Honey and nut granola, adapted from a recipe on the Poetic Appetite

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Nut Granola

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2.5 oz Coconut
1 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts, English
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.25 cup Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Sea Salt
0.75 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Honey Nut Granola

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix together oats, coconut, nuts, syrup, oil, sugar, sesame seeds, salt, and nutmeg. Spread granola in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes. Bake until granola is toasted, about 10 minutes more. Let cool completely.
