Recipe Ingredients for Honey Nut Bars

36 g walnuts, chopped
32 g almonds, coarsely chopped
56 g peanuts, honey-roasted
20 g puffed rice
26 g wheat bran
141 g raisins
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
170 g honey

Recipe Directions for Honey Nut Bars

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.

  2. Heat vanilla and honey over low heat, stirring until rapidly boiling. Pour over dry ingredients and mix it all up.

  3. Press firmly onto parchment paper-lined baking pan and bake at 250 for about 15 minutes.

  4. Let cool and slice into bars.
