Recipe Ingredients for Honey-Mustard Salmon Steak

21 ounce salmon steak
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoon onion, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon dill

Recipe Directions for Honey-Mustard Salmon Steak

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the steak on a nonstick baking dish. Combine the honey, mustard, and onion, and drizzle or brush the mixture over the surface of the steak. Sprinkle the dill over the glaze.

  2. Bake the entire dish, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked brown rice.
