Recipe Ingredients for Honey-Mustard Salmon

3 fillet Salmon
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp country crock
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Honey-Mustard Salmon

  1. Pre heat oven to 400

  2. in a med bowl, put country crock & brown sugar, place in microwave for 30 seconds (so both melt)

  3. Add mustard, honey, and soy sauce to the bowl, mix well.

  4. Use 1 tbsp EVOO in a skillet, heat on High.

  5. Lightly salt and pepper the salmon if desired

  6. place skin side down in the skillet and cook for appx 4 minutes.

  7. spread 1/2 of the honey mustard mix over the salmon and place in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.

  8. Remove from oven and top with remaining sauce.
