2 big chicken breast 2 jalepenos 1 med onion white 4 tablespoons of EVOO plastic ziplock bag 2/3 dijon mustard 1 teaspoon of salt 3 teaspoon of black pepper 2 teaspoon of cayenna 2 teaspoon of paprika 2 teaspoon of all spice a whole lemon 3 tablespoons of honey a few safron strings 1 tablespoon of flour (optional) 1 tablespoon of splenda

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Honey Mustard Safron Chicken

cut jalepenos into strips and cut onion into strips. heat pan with 2 - 3 tablespoons of EVO and add onion first and then after onion sweats add jalepenos. in the mean time cut chicken breast into strips. in a plastic ziplock bag add chicken stips with dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of EVO,1 teaspoon of salt 3 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoon of cayenna and 2 teaspoon of paprika and 2 teaspoon of all spice, squeeze a whole lemon and 3 tablespoons of honey. Let stand for an hour or two. Once onions and jalepenos have sweated add chicken stripes. Once boiling add a few safron strings, 1 tablespoon of flour (optional to thicken) and a tablespoon of splenda.
