Recipe Ingredients for Honey Mustard Pretzel Baked Chicken

128 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 oz Sourdough Pretzel Specials
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
3 tbsp Honey Squeezable

Recipe Directions for Honey Mustard Pretzel Baked Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking sheet with no-stick spray.

  2. Combine 2 Tbs mustard and 3Tbs honey in one bowl. In another combine 1 cup finely crushed pretzels with 1/8 tsp salt, pepper, and garlic powder. You may also add a packet of stevia or other sweetener if you prefer a sweeter taste. Cut 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast into strips, and coat first with the honeymustard sauce, then roll in the pretzel mixture to bread it thoroughly.

  3. Bake for 10 min on one side and then flip to bake 5 to 10 on the other.
