This is a very basic, but very delicious recipe for honey mustard dressing. You can substitute agave nectar or molasses for the honey to make it vegan.

1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Whisk together all ingredients except oil until well-combined. Stream in olive oil as you continue to whisk to create emulsion.
