4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
6 chicken thigh

Recipe Directions for Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

  1. mix honey and mustard together

  2. place chicken in a baking dish (spray dish with non-stick spray)

  3. sprinkle salt & pepper on chicken and brush with honey mustard

  4. bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until deep golden brown

  5. baste chicken as it cooks
