Nice combination of sweet and sour and savoury, for those good old fashioned chicken salad cravings.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

900 grams chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups carrots, chopped
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
2 granny smith apples, chopped
125 grams greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
50 grams walnuts, chopped
3 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

  1. Boil the chicken breasts in water with some herbs for about 30 minutes or until all the way done.

  2. Meanwhile mix the mustard, mayo, yogurt and honey in a salad bowl, chop the veggies, apples and walnuts and throw 'em in.

  3. When the chicken is done, chop it and let it cool down, then mix it in with the rest.
