Delicious honey-mustard chicken. A nice side is brown rice and/or asparagus, steamed.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey-Mustard Chicken

1 Serving Chicken
2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
4 oz Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 oz Clover Honey
1 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Honey-Mustard Chicken

  1. Melt butter in pan on medium-low heat.

  2. Add chicken, sprinkle with onion powder and salt, and sear on both sides. Approximately 1-2 minutes each side. Cover, reduce heat slightly for approximately 10 minutes.

  3. For sauce, thoroughly mix mustard, honey, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add black pepper for a spicier version. Put aside.

  4. Once chicken is near fully cooked, spread a few spoonfuls of sauce over the top of each piece. Garnish with freshly chopped green onion.
