Recipe Ingredients for Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers

8 oz. Chicken boneless skinless breast
6 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers

Preheat oven to 425. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. mix together the honey and dijon mustard. I used two boneless skinless chicken breasts, unsure of their weight. Beat until no more than 1 in. thick. cut into bit size pieces. In another bowl, pour the bread crumbs. Dip each bite size chicken piece first in honey mustard, then in crumbs. Then lay on sheet. Bake for about fifteen minutes, turn pieces over after seven. Serve. BBq sauce is a surprising compliment to the honey mustard taste.
