Recipe Ingredients for Honey Muffins

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Honey Muffins

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, butter, and honey; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

  3. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
