Recipe Ingredients for Honey-Mint Carrots

3 cups Carrots, 1/4 diagonal Slices
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp snipped mint leaves

Recipe Directions for Honey-Mint Carrots

  1. Add carrots to 1 inch boiling water

  2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat

  3. Cover until crisp-tender, about 10 mins; drain

  4. Toss with honey and mint leaves
