Grilled shrimp marinated in honey, lime juice & white pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey-grilled shrimp

1 lb shrimp
1 cup lime juice
1 cup honey
1 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for Honey-grilled shrimp

  1. Combine lime juice, honey and white pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Add shrimp. Marinate for 30mins-1hour.

  3. Preheat grill, low.

  4. Spray aluminum foil with non-stick spray, then lay across grate.

  5. Place shrimp on foil and cook 2-3mins, baste top sides with marinade mixture.

  6. Turn shrimp over and grill additional 2-3mins, or until shrimp are opaque.
