Recipe Ingredients for Honey Grilled Chicken

3 tablespoons Butter Without Salt
1 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Honey
4 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
3 Chicken Breast (6 Chicken Breast Halves)

Recipe Directions for Honey Grilled Chicken

  1. Preheat a grill for medium heat.

  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the garlic, and cook until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.

  4. Whisk in honey and lemon juice.

  5. Reserve half for basting, and brush the other half onto the chicken breasts.

  6. Lightly oil the grill grate, and place chicken on the grill. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, turning frequently.

  7. Baste often during the last 5 minutes.

  8. Chicken is done when the meat is firm, and juices run clear.
