Seriously delicious and healthy wrap!! Great for any meal, and very filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Goat Cheese Wrap

1 whole wheat tortilla
1 ounce goat cheese
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 cucumber
1/2 tomato
1 tablespoon honey

Recipe Directions for Honey Goat Cheese Wrap

  1. Slice and dice cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato

  2. Steam whole wheat tortilla so it is flexible.. (you can cool down for about 30 seconds in freezer to get back to a natural temperature if you desire)

  3. spread goat cheese onto tortilla. Sprinkle cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato on top of goat cheese.

  4. Drizzle honey all over the inside of tortilla, then wrap up and eat!
