2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger
24 ounces salmon fillets or steaks
1 tablespoon chopped mint or cilantro for garnish

Recipe Directions for honey glazed salmon

  1. 2. Whisk the honey, soy sauce and ginger together in a small bowl. Place the salmon on a foil-lined tray, brush both sides of the salmon with the glaze and season with freshly ground pepper.

  2. 3. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until cooked through. Sprinkle with chopped mint or cilantro.
