This is a quick easy recipe that produced a juicy, sweet pork loin.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey-Glazed Pork Loin

3 oz Pure Honey
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
18 oz Nutrition Wise Boneless Pork Loin Roast - Center Cut
1 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Honey-Glazed Pork Loin

  1. Oven rack in middle;

  2. pre-heat oven to 325degrees;

  3. stir honey and cayenne together in measuring cup;

  4. Tie roast with butchers twine (5);

  5. heat large ovenproof skillet til oil is just smoking;

  6. sear roast on all 4 sides about 2 to 3 min per side;

  7. Pour off fat and oil from skillet;

  8. Add honey mixture and cook for 30 seconds using tong to turn roast to coat;

  9. Place roast on oven and cook til roast is 135 degrees (35 - 45 min);

  10. Transfer roast to carving board to rest for 15 min (cover with tin foil);

  11. Put skillet on high heat and boil until glaze is reduced to about 1/3 cup.(1 minute) puor into measuring cup;

  12. Internal temp of roast should be 145 - 150 degrees;

  13. Carve, cut twine, pour glaze over slices and serve.
